Trowunna Wildllife Park
Trowunna is a privately owned wildlife sanctuary where Tasmania’s native fauna and flora flourish. Since 1979, we have been caring for native animals and remain at the forefront of conservation and education in the state.
The sanctuary is actively involved in five conservation breeding programs, helping to secure the future of threatened and endangered species.
Spread across 70 acres of natural habitat, visitors can explore the grounds while spotting free-ranging kangaroos, hand-feeding waterfowl, and enjoying the beauty of Tasmania’s unique landscapes.
